REGIONAL SHUTTLE INFORMATION & CONDITIONS
One-way and return Economy fares indicated in the PDF. Children aged under 10, travel at half fare. Regional Shuttle service price is per person.
All return tickets (booked and paid in the one transaction) get a 10 % discount. Open dated return is available on request.
Economy fare includes Adults, Children aged 10 and over, Students, Pensioners. We don't receive any government rebates or funding.
All prices include GST and NSW Passenger Service Levy. Tipping is not required or expected in Australia.
The service is operated by car or bus with 5 to 12 seats.
The service is operated under NSW "Point to Point" accreditation. Must be pre-booked and pre-paid.
Bookings should be made by 7:00 pm the evening prior to travel.
Be at the bus stop 10 minutes prior to the advertised time.
Seat Allocation. Seating requests can't be guaranteed, and passengers can choose their own seat on boarding.
Luggage. Each passenger ticket includes a generous 45 kg of luggage allowance. For example, 2 x 20 kg suitcases and a 5 kg carry bag.
Excess luggage is $15 per item. We can't take bikes or surfboards. Other bulky items or moving house, contact us first.
Please label all your luggage with a name and contact details.
Unaccompanied minors must be aged 10 or older. Please provide a contact number for parent or guardian at both ends of the trip.
Children aged under 10 travel at half fare. Children aged under 7 require an approved child booster seat under NSW regulations (parent or guardian to supply and fit).
A comfort stop is included at Dorrigo and Uralla on through services. No toilet on board.
Disabled and Impaired Passengers. No drive on wheelchair access for our car or bus. Our drivers can assist with storing walking aids and folding wheelchairs. General light assistance offered where practical, but note our drivers are not trained healthcare professionals. Registered guide dogs, hearing and other trained assistance animals are welcome, as per NSW regulations. Let us know of any special requirements at time of booking.
Smoking, vaping and consumption of alcohol on board is strictly prohibited.
Disruptive Behavior. Dorrigo Transit is not a common carrier and reserves the right to refuse travel or remove any persons from the service.
Missed Connections & Delays. Whilst every care is taken to ensure a reliable timetabled service, road closures, weather conditions and mechanical problems can cause disruption.
Cancellation Fees. More than 24 hours notice - transfer to another date or a full open dated credit. Alternatively, refund less 20%.
No show or cancel with less than 2 hours notice - no refund, ticket void. Contact management for advice on other cancellation situations.
Customer Data & Privacy Policy. Credit card information entered on our Square and SecurePay portal, is automatically deleted. Passenger travel details are stored on our private system and are in line with transport regulatory requirements. Information is not passed on to third parties for marketing or any other reason, unless required by law.
Dorrigo Transit and their agents will not be held liable for any incident or loss relating to any aspect of booking or using the service.
Please consider taking out travel insurance.
